Scanning with a phone is quick, but it leaves you with a folder of separate image files. Turning them into one tidy PDF makes the set easy to send, print, and file, whether it is a batch of receipts, a signed contract, or a stack of forms.
From photos to a single PDF
- Photograph each page straight on, in even light, filling the frame with the page.
- Open Images to PDF (or JPG to PDF for a few files). Both accept JPG, PNG, and WebP.
- Drag the images into the correct reading order.
- Download the combined PDF, with one image per page.
Tidying the result
- Fix a sideways page with Rotate PDF.
- Reorder pages you placed wrongly with Reorder PDF Pages.
- Add a later page by making a one-page PDF and joining it with Merge PDF.
- Shrink the file for email with Compress PDF; phone photos are large.
