PDFCherry provides free, browser-based tools for working with PDF and image files. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Your files

You retain full ownership of any file you upload. You're responsible for having the right to upload and process that file — don't use PDFCherry on files you don't have permission to handle, or for anything unlawful.

Service availability

PDFCherry is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for reliable uptime, but we don't guarantee the service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted, and we may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Acceptable use

• Don't use PDFCherry to process malicious files, or in a way intended to disrupt or overload the service.
• Don't attempt to bypass file-size, rate, or usage limits through automated abuse.
• Don't use the service to infringe on someone else's intellectual property or privacy.

No warranty on output

While we test our tools carefully, we can't guarantee a processed file will be perfect for every possible input. Always keep your own backup of the original file before processing it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDFCherry isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
